What is Podcast Studio?

Podcast Studio is ApexStream's dedicated space for turning audio into a fully produced, published podcast — separate from your main streaming dashboard.

What you can do in Podcast Studio

• Organize your podcast around Shows and Episodes. A Show holds your podcast's identity — title, cover art, category — and Episodes live inside it.
• Turn a Web Studio recording into an episode automatically. When you record a session in Web Studio, Podcast Studio can create a draft episode for you, with no manual export needed.
• Edit like a document, not a waveform. The editor's transcript view lets you cut audio by deleting words and label who's speaking. AI tools that remove filler words and shorten silences are intended for Creator plans and above.
• Publish a standard podcast RSS feed. Every show gets its own RSS feed that podcast apps and directories can read.
• Distribute to major platforms. Connect Spotify for automatic syncing every time you publish, and submit to Apple Podcasts with a guided readiness check.

Podcast Studio is available starting on the Hobby plan — it isn't included on Free.

Good to know: If you're on Hobby or above and record a session in Web Studio, Podcast Studio can automatically create a draft episode from that recording for you — no manual import needed.
