Connect and stream to a Facebook Page

Last updated July 24, 2026

Connect your Facebook account once, choose the Page you want to broadcast to, and it's ready to include any time you go live from ApexStream.

Connect your Facebook account

  1. In your dashboard, open Integrations.
  2. Find the Facebook tile and click Connect.
  3. You'll be sent to Facebook's sign-in screen β€” sign in and approve the permissions ApexStream requests.
  4. You're brought back to ApexStream, where a channel picker shows your personal profile plus every Page you manage.
  5. Check the box next to the Page (or profile) you want to stream to β€” you can select more than one β€” then confirm to add them.

Go live to your Page from Web Studio

  1. Open Web Studio and complete the camera/microphone check.
  2. Open the Channels panel and switch on the Facebook Page you added.
  3. Click Edit on the channel card if you want to set a specific Title or Description before you go live. Privacy for Facebook Live is controlled on Facebook for that video β€” ApexStream does not apply a Privacy setting when creating the live.
  4. Click Go Live. ApexStream creates a fresh Facebook Live video on the Page and starts sending your feed to it β€” there's no need to touch Facebook's own live tools directly.

If your Facebook connection ever stops working, reconnect it from the Integrations page the same way you connected it the first time.

Good to know: Facebook access lasts about 60 days. ApexStream automatically refreshes it in the background before it expires, so most of the time you won't need to do anything β€” but if it ever fully expires, just reconnect.
