Add on-stream visual effects

Visual effects add energy to your broadcast. Web Studio includes stage effects and scene transitions you can trigger while live.

Available effects

Effects vary by theme, but common options include:

• confetti
• aurora or glow overlays
• sparkles
• pulse border
• scene transition animations

How to add an effect

1. Enter Web Studio.
2. Open the Graphics panel in the right-hand sidebar.
3. Expand Overlay.
4. Select an overlay (such as Confetti or Aurora) to keep it visible on screen.

Scene transitions

When you switch between scenes, you can apply a transition animation so the change is smooth instead of abrupt. Select a transition style (Fade, Slide, Push Up, Zoom, Wipe, or Glitch) under Scene Transitions in the Graphics panel. Duration is not a separate control.

When to use effects

• Celebrate a milestone or announcement.
• Emphasize a giveaway winner.
• Make scene changes feel more polished.

Good to know: Effects are burned into the broadcast, so every platform sees them. Use them sparingly so they do not distract from your content.
