Your podcast RSS feed

Your podcast RSS feed

Your podcast RSS feed is the standard file that podcast apps and directories read to find your episodes β€” it's what makes your show subscribable outside of ApexStream.

Find your feed URL

  1. In Podcast Studio, open Distribution.
  2. Under RSS Feeds, find your show's card.
  3. If a feed URL is shown, click the copy icon to copy it, or the open icon next to it to view the feed directly in your browser.

If your show doesn't have a feed URL yet, make sure the show has been saved with a valid RSS slug. The feed URL is generated automatically from your show's settings; it isn't configured manually by support.

What's in your feed

Your feed follows the standard RSS 2.0 podcast format, so it works with any app or directory that accepts a feed URL. It includes:

  • Your show's title, description, cover art, category, language, and explicit flag
  • One entry per published episode β€” draft and scheduled episodes don't appear until they go live
  • Each episode's title, description, publish date, duration, and audio file
  • A transcript link and chapter markers, for episodes that have them

Good to know: Only published episodes show up in your feed. If a new episode isn't appearing, check that it's been published, not just saved as a draft or left scheduled.
