Submit your podcast to Apple Podcasts

Apple Podcasts does not support automatic distribution the way Spotify does, so you submit your RSS feed manually through Apple Podcasts Connect.

Before you submit

1. Make sure your show has at least one published episode.
2. Confirm your RSS feed is valid. In Podcast Studio, go to Distribution and run the Apple Pre-flight Check.
3. Fix any issues the check reports, such as missing artwork or description.

Submit the feed

1. Go to podcastsconnect.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
2. Click the + button to add a new show.
3. Choose Add show with RSS feed.
4. Copy your RSS feed URL from Podcast Studio's Distribution page and paste it into Apple Podcasts Connect.
5. Follow Apple's review steps and submit.

After submission

Apple reviews most podcasts within a few days. Once approved, your show appears in Apple Podcasts, and new episodes you publish in Podcast Studio will sync automatically through the RSS feed.

Save your Apple Podcasts URL

After Apple approves your show, copy the public Apple Podcasts URL and paste it back into Podcast Studio. This lets ApexStream show the connection as active and track the submission.

Good to know: Apple Podcasts requires square artwork, a valid RSS feed, and a show description. The pre-flight check in Podcast Studio validates these before you submit.
