Upgrade or change your plan

Upgrade or change your plan
Upgrading raises your streaming limits right away; downgrading, canceling, or updating payment details is handled through a secure billing portal. Here's how each works.
Upgrade to a higher plan
- Open the Upgrade your plan screen β ApexStream shows this whenever a feature needs a higher plan than the one you're on, or you can go there directly from a plan-limit prompt in your dashboard.
- Choose Monthly or Yearly billing.
- Select the plan you want. Only plans above your current one are shown β you can't downgrade from this screen.
- Review the Upgrade summary, which shows the new plan's price along with any credit from the unused portion of your current plan, applied to what's due today.
- Confirm your selection. You'll be taken to a secure Stripe Checkout page to enter your payment details.
- Once payment goes through, your account updates automatically and you're returned to your dashboard on the new plan.
Downgrade, cancel, or update payment details
- Go to Billing in your dashboard.
- Click Manage Subscription in the current-plan card. (A separate Upgrade Plan or Change Plan button farther down the page opens the same portal.)
- This opens a secure billing portal hosted by Stripe, where you can switch to a lower plan, update your payment method, view past invoices, or cancel your subscription.
Moving to Enterprise
Enterprise pricing is custom, so it isn't something you check out for online β contact ApexStream's sales team and they'll set your account up with the limits and support your organization needs.
Good to know: You can only pick a higher plan from the Upgrade your plan screen. Downgrading or canceling always goes through the billing portal instead.
