Manage your subscription

You can view your current plan, change to a different plan, cancel, update your payment method, and download invoices from the Billing section of your dashboard.

Open your billing settings

1. Click your profile or avatar in the dashboard, then choose Settings.
2. Select Billing from the settings menu.
3. Your current plan, storage usage, and billing actions are shown on this page.

What you can do here

• Change Plan — upgrade or downgrade to another plan. Upgrades usually take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
• Cancel — stop your subscription from renewing. You keep paid features until the current billing period ends.
• Update payment method — open the Stripe billing portal to change the card on file.
• View invoices — open the Stripe billing portal to download past receipts and invoices.

Billing portal

Payment methods and invoice history are managed through Stripe's secure billing portal. Click Open Billing Portal or Update to be sent there.

Good to know: ApexStream does not store your card details directly. Stripe handles payment information securely.
