Manage notifications

Choose how ApexStream contacts you about stream activity, billing, product updates, and account security.

Notification channels

Go to Settings > Notifications to control these channels:

• Email Notifications — stream health alerts, billing notices, and account activity sent to your email.
• In-App Notifications — alerts shown in the dashboard notification center.
• Marketing & Tips — product news, tutorials, growth tips, and special offers.

Turn a channel on or off

1. Go to Settings > Notifications.
2. Find the channel you want to change.
3. Click the toggle next to it.
4. The change saves automatically.

Security alerts are always on

Critical security and transactional notices — such as password changes, new sign-ins, and receipts — cannot be disabled. This keeps your account safe and ensures you receive legally required notices.

Good to know: Required transactional emails, like password resets and payment receipts, are sent even if you turn off marketing and optional email notifications.
