Change your account email

Change your account email

You can update the email address associated with your ApexStream account from the Profile settings page. A verification step is required before the new email becomes active.

Change your email

  1. In your dashboard, go to Settings > Profile.
  2. Find the Email Address field.
  3. Enter your new email address.
  4. Click Save Changes.
  5. Check your inbox for a verification email and follow the link to confirm.

What happens until you verify

Your account continues to work with the current email until you confirm the new one. Invoices and important account notices will still go to your old email until verification is complete.

If you do not receive the verification email

  • Check your spam or junk folder.
  • Wait a few minutes and try again.
  • Make sure you typed the email address correctly.
  • Contact support if it still does not arrive.

Good to know: Changing your account email does not automatically update the email used for Stripe invoices. Update that separately in the Stripe billing portal if needed.
