Reset a forgotten password

If you've forgotten your password, here's how to request a reset link and use it to get back into your account.

Request a reset link

1. On the login page, click Forgot password?, just below the password field.
2. Enter the Email Address associated with your ApexStream account.
3. Click Send Reset Link.

You'll see a confirmation message letting you know the email is on its way — with a Didn't get an email? Try again option if it doesn't show up after a few minutes.

Open the link in your email

Open the email from ApexStream — the subject line is "Reset your ApexStream password" — and click the link inside it (or copy and paste it into your browser) to continue.

Good to know: The reset link expires after 1 hour for security. If it's expired or isn't working, go back to the login page and request a fresh one.
