How do I contact support?

You can reach ApexStream support in a few ways, depending on what you need.

In-app help center β€” Search this help center first. Many streaming, billing, and account questions already have a step-by-step guide here.

Email support β€” Email support@apexstream.co for help with anything, including streaming issues, billing, and account access. This is the main way to reach the team, and it's available on every plan.

Priority email support β€” Creator, Scale, and Enterprise plans get priority email support, which means faster response times. Free and Hobby plans use standard email support.

Billing questions β€” Open the Billing tab in your dashboard's Settings, where you can use Contact Billing Team for subscription, payment, or invoice questions.

When you email support, include:

  • Your account email and plan
  • What you were doing when the issue happened
  • Any error messages you saw

Good to know: Priority email support starts on the Creator plan. If you're on Free or Hobby and need a faster response, upgrading gets you there.
