Import audio into an episode

You can bring audio into a Podcast Studio episode from your ApexStream media library or by uploading a new file.

Import from your media library

  1. Open Podcast Studio and go to the episode you want to edit.
  2. Click Import or Add Media.
  3. Choose Media Library to see recordings and uploads from your ApexStream account.
  4. Select the audio or video file you want to use.
  5. The file appears as a track in the episode editor.

Upload a new file

  1. In the episode editor, click Upload.
  2. Choose an audio file from your computer. Supported formats include MP3, WAV, M4A, and MP4.
  3. Wait for the upload to finish.
  4. The audio appears as a track you can edit.

Upload a DAW master

With the Pro Audio add-on, you can upload a full DAW master or swap the episode audio with a higher-quality mix.

Good to know: Importing a stream recording automatically bridges the video and audio into Podcast Studio, so you can turn a live stream into a podcast episode quickly.
