How long can I stream for?

The maximum length of a single live stream depends on your plan.

| Plan | Max stream length | |---|---| | Free | 2 hours | | Hobby | 6 hours | | Creator | 8 hours | | Scale | 10 hours | | Enterprise | 24 hours |

When your stream approaches the limit, you'll get a 30-minute warning (and a final reminder a few minutes before the cap). When you hit the maximum, the broadcast stops automatically — ApexStream enforces this live, and you'll need to end the stream and start a new session if you want to continue.

If you're planning a longer event, either upgrade to a plan with a higher limit, or split your event into separate stream sessions. (For multi-day events, Enterprise users can run as many 24-hour sessions as needed.)

Good to know: The stream-length limit applies whether you're streaming from Web Studio, OBS, or any other encoder connected to ApexStream. Recording length follows the same cap as the stream itself.
