Guest limits by plan

Web Studio lets you invite remote guests to join your broadcast. The number of guests you can have in a session at once depends on your plan.

What counts toward the limit

Every person who joins through an invite link counts as one guest, even if they are not currently on stage. Guests waiting in the Green Room also count.

What happens when you reach the limit

The Copy Invite Link button is disabled once you are at your plan's guest cap. To invite someone else, either remove an existing guest or upgrade to a plan with a higher limit.

Good to know: Using your phone as an extra camera also uses a guest seat, because the phone joins the session the same way a remote guest does.
