Delete your account

Deleting your ApexStream account deactivates your login and removes access to your dashboard, recordings, and podcasts. This action is handled by the support team, not from inside the dashboard.

How to request deletion

1. Email support@apexstream.co from the email address on your account.
2. Use the subject line "Account deletion request" and include your account email.
3. The support team will verify your identity and process the deletion.

What happens when your account is deleted

• Your login is deactivated and you can no longer sign in.
• Your live streams, recordings, podcast episodes, and connected platform credentials are no longer accessible.
• Any active subscription is canceled and you will not be billed again.

Good to know: If you're not sure you want to delete everything, you can cancel your subscription instead and stay on the Free plan. Your content remains available under Free plan limits until you decide to delete the account.
