A tour of your dashboard

Your ApexStream dashboard is the home base for everything you stream. Here is a quick guide to the main sections.

Main navigation

The left sidebar contains links to:

• Dashboard — your home screen with a live-status hero, quick actions, system performance stats, and an activity feed.
• Streams — a list of your streams and stream setups.
• History — past broadcasts and links to each platform's native stats.
• Media Library — your recordings and uploaded media.
• AI Clips — highlights generated from your recordings.
• Audio — audio-only projects and podcast episodes.
• Integrations — the platforms you have connected for multistreaming.
• Analytics — viewer and stream-health data.

Live Production section

• Go To Studio — launches Web Studio so you can produce and broadcast live.
• Schedule — set up streams to go live at a future time.
• Podcasts — opens Podcast Studio for managing your podcast shows.

Footer section

• Settings — account, profile, security, billing, and notification preferences.
• AI Credits — shows how many AI-clip minutes you have remaining this cycle.
• Plan badge — your current plan and a Sign Out button.

Good to know: Some sidebar items, like analytics depth or AI clip generation, depend on your plan. If a section is locked, the upgrade path is shown inside the page.
