Your first multistream in 5 steps

Ready to go live everywhere at once? Here's the fastest path from a fresh account to your first multistream.

Steps

  1. Connect a destination. In your dashboard, open Integrations and click Connect on a platform like YouTube, Facebook, or Twitch β€” sign in and approve access. (TikTok and Instagram connect instead with a stream URL and key.)
  2. Open Web Studio and get ready. Click Go To Studio in the sidebar (or Enter Web Studio), then on the pre-flight screen pick your camera and microphone, check your mic level, and give your session a title. Click Enter Studio.
  3. Choose where you're broadcasting. Open the Channels panel and switch on the destination you just connected. The panel header shows how many are active, like "Connected Channels β€” 1 of 2 active."
  4. Go live. Click the big Go Live button. If nothing is switched on yet, ApexStream will prompt you to pick a destination first.
  5. Confirm, then end the stream. Check that your feed is showing up on the platform you enabled, run your show, and click End Stream when you're done.

Good to know: However many destinations you enable, you only broadcast once β€” ApexStream takes your single feed and sends it out to all of them at the same time. How many you can enable at once depends on your plan, starting at 2 on Free.
