Supported payment methods

ApexStream processes payments through Stripe, which supports most major credit and debit cards.

Cards we accept

• Visa
• Mastercard
• American Express
• Discover

Payments are charged in USD. The card you use is saved securely in Stripe's billing portal, not on ApexStream's servers.

How to add or update a card

1. Go to Settings > Billing in your dashboard.
2. Click Update next to Payment Method.
3. Enter your new card in the Stripe billing portal and save it.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, Stripe will automatically retry. You can also update your card at any time from the billing portal. For help with a specific failed charge, see Get a refund / failed payment or contact billing support.

Good to know: Invoices and receipts are available from the Stripe billing portal, so you always have a record of your payments.
