Last updated July 24, 2026

You can stream from Streamlabs Desktop to ApexStream using a custom RTMP destination. Once connected, ApexStream sends your Streamlabs feed to all your connected platforms.

Get your ApexStream ingest details

  1. In your ApexStream dashboard, open the stream you want to broadcast to.
  2. Go to the encoder connection section or Settings > Stream Setup.
  3. Select the RTMP tab.
  4. Copy the Server URL and Stream Key.

Add ApexStream as a destination in Streamlabs

  1. Open Streamlabs Desktop.
  2. Click the settings gear, then go to Stream.
  3. For Stream Type or Service, choose Custom Streaming Server.
  4. Paste the ApexStream Server URL into the Server field.
  5. Paste the ApexStream Stream Key into the Stream Key field.
  6. Click Done.

Go live

  1. In Streamlabs, click Go Live.
  2. Return to your ApexStream dashboard and confirm the stream is receiving video.
  3. In ApexStream, open the stream and turn on each destination under Your Channels. ApexStream starts sending your feed to those platforms once your encoder is connected and live.
Good to know: RTMPS is available on every plan. SRT and WHIP connection details unlock on Creator and above. Copy the matching details from the corresponding tab in ApexStream.
