Connect Streamlabs to ApexStream
You can stream from Streamlabs Desktop to ApexStream using a custom RTMP destination. Once connected, ApexStream sends your Streamlabs feed to all your connected platforms.
Get your ApexStream ingest details
- In your ApexStream dashboard, open the stream you want to broadcast to.
- Go to the encoder connection section or Settings > Stream Setup.
- Select the RTMP tab.
- Copy the Server URL and Stream Key.
Add ApexStream as a destination in Streamlabs
- Open Streamlabs Desktop.
- Click the settings gear, then go to Stream.
- For Stream Type or Service, choose Custom Streaming Server.
- Paste the ApexStream Server URL into the Server field.
- Paste the ApexStream Stream Key into the Stream Key field.
- Click Done.
Go live
- In Streamlabs, click Go Live.
- Return to your ApexStream dashboard and confirm the stream is receiving video.
- In ApexStream, click Go Live or confirm your destinations are enabled so the feed is sent to each platform.
Good to know: Streamlabs also supports custom RTMPS, SRT, and WHIP setups on Creator plans and above. Copy the matching connection details from the corresponding tab in ApexStream.
